Composition⁴:BLENREP^® is available as:

• 70 mg powder for concentrate for solution for infusion

• 100 mg powder for concentrate for solution for infusion

Indication⁴:BLENREP^® is indicated in adults for the treatment of relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma:

•In combination with bortezomib and dexamethasone in patients who have received at least one prior therapy; and•In combination with pomalidomide and dexamethasone in patients who have received at least one prior therapy including lenalidomide
